Present field of activity:
- Writing expertise: Preparation of legal opinions for the senate of the Czech Republic, the municipal council of the capital Prague and for the office of the President of the Czech Republic
- Legislative sphere of activity: Participation in drafting of statutes and bills and legal provisions at the ministerial level, as well as on parliament level
- Representation as counsel at the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic and the European Court for Legal Rights in Strasbourg
- Professorship at the law school of Prague, Pilsen and Carlsbad, as well as at the Police Academy of Prague.
